Introduction

Sintrack is a dashboard platform designed to help hospitals simulate different operational scenarios and optimize decision-making. From predicting capacity to creating efficient staff schedules, this tool empowers healthcare managers to take control of their resources with data-driven insights and an intuitive interface.

My Role

As the UX Researcher and UI Designer, I led the research, ideation, and interface design. I worked closely with stakeholders and developers, ensuring we translated the complex needs of healthcare professionals into a simple and intuitive digital experience.

Business Goals

Our client, a healthcare consultant with deep knowledge of hospital operations, noticed a gap in the market for a simulation tool that was simple and engaging. Existing platforms were clunky, hard to use, and left managers feeling overwhelmed.

We set out to:

• Gain market share in an underserved niche.
• Increase sales by delivering a user-friendly and effective solution.
• Help managers make better decisions through simulation and prediction.

Our Approach

• Competitor Analysis: We analyzed the few existing tools on the market, focusing on their strengths and weaknesses.
• Interviews: We spoke with two hospital professionals—decision-makers who would likely use the platform. They helped us uncover the pain points in current workflows and tools.
